Recruitment Executive

About the role

Hong Ye Group Pte Ltd, a manpower solutions provider, is looking for a Recruitment Executive in Singapore. The role manages the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and onboarding, while staying compliant with company policies and employment regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer coordination
• Work with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and job specifications
• Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals and recruitment agencies
• Screen resumes and run initial interviews; coordinate and schedule interviews
• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts and onboarding documents
• Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases, and support onboarding and offboarding (exit interviews and clearance)
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives, and prepare recruitment reports for management
• Manage the Bursary System and government grants for all entities
• Administer work passes for foreign employees, including applications, renewals, cancellations and appeals

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• At least 2 years of full-cycle recruitment or HR-related experience
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and employment practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and timelines, detail-oriented and well organised
