Recruitment Partner – Wealth Management

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Partner to lead talent acquisition for front‑office positions within the wealth management division of a leading global bank. The role focuses on sourcing, engaging and securing top‑tier private bankers, relationship managers and other critical professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Directly source high‑calibre candidates using innovative strategies and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, timely updates and professional guidance.
• Leverage market knowledge of private banking and wealth management to inform talent strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to offer negotiation and onboarding support.

Required profile

• Proven recruitment experience in private banking or wealth management (agency or in‑house).
• Strong expertise in direct sourcing and passive talent engagement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
• Outstanding candidate engagement skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, organized and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
