Regional Account Manager

About the role

The Regional Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned global and regional accounts, maintaining ongoing client engagement throughout the contract period. This role is responsible for developing high‑value accounts, identifying business opportunities, and executing go‑to‑market strategies for international clients across the APAC region.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage assigned global/regional accounts, overseeing account development and incident resolution.
• Create and implement account plans and strategies to win and grow business.
• Lead RFI/RFP responses, manage the full bid process, and coordinate with subject‑matter experts.
• Collaborate with APAC country teams to assess current state, forecast opportunities, and present total cost of ownership analyses.
• Negotiate contract terms in partnership with legal, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Work with project managers and experts to develop rollout and implementation plans, ensuring delivery on time, quality, and budget.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews, monitor service level agreements, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience, including at least 3 years managing major or large enterprise accounts at an APAC level.
• Degree in Business Management, Economics, Computer Science, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong business acumen, analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Understanding of digital transformation and smart office environments.
• Knowledge of global/regional procurement processes and international business.
• Professional ethics, reliability, high integrity, and respect for cross‑cultural differences.
