Regional Financial Controller – APAC

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Financial Controller to join our Global Finance & Control team. Based in Singapore (or a suitable alternative location), you will oversee financial operations across the APAC region on a full‑time fixed‑term contract until May 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of five accountants.
• Ensure financial compliance for all APAC entities.
• Manage cash‑flow and treasury activities across the region.
• Oversee outsourced finance partners delivering services in APAC.
• Maintain a robust financial control framework.
• Support stakeholders with budgets, forecasts and commercial analysis.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (e.g., ACCA, CPA) with post‑qualification audit experience.
• Fluent English communication.
• Proven ability to make independent management decisions.
• Experience preparing, auditing and filing statutory returns.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and control frameworks and regulatory risk.
• Detail‑oriented, autonomous and motivated to drive regional financial priorities.
