Regional Financial Controller

About the role

ACCA is seeking a Regional Financial Controller to lead finance operations across the APAC region. The role is based in Singapore on a full‑time fixed‑term contract until May 2027 and reports to the Group Financial Controller.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team of five accountants.
• Manage financial compliance for the APAC region.
• Oversee cash‑flow for entities across APAC.
• Manage outsourced finance partners delivering services in APAC.
• Ensure a robust financial control framework is maintained.
• Support stakeholders with budgets and forecasts.
• Provide commercial support to the APAC relationship leadership team.

Required profile

• Professionally qualified accountant with post‑qualification experience, including audit work.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to make independent management decisions.
• Experience preparing, auditing and filing statutory returns.
• Knowledge of accounting and control frameworks and understanding of regulatory and operational risk.
• Interest in financial control and business partnering with strong attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated and able to work autonomously.
