Regional Financial Controller

About the role

Reporting to the Regional Finance Leadership team, the Regional Financial Controller acts as a trusted finance advisor to business leaders, partnering on strategic and operational decisions across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to improve profitability, growth and capital allocation.
• Lead monthly business performance reviews and deliver actionable financial insights.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, long‑range planning and financial target setting.
• Perform detailed P&L analysis, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
• Support investment appraisals, business cases, scenario modelling and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure strong governance, financial discipline and adherence to company policies.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives through data analytics, dashboards and enhanced reporting capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Controlling or Commercial Finance.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CA or MBA are a plus.
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, performance management and business planning.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and challenge decisions constructively.
