Regional HR Business Partner (Business Support Functions)

About the role

A leading global consumer goods company, represented by Timeo-Performance, is looking for a Regional HR Business Partner to be based in Singapore. The role works closely with the CFO, CTO and CHRO and the functional organization they support, acting as a consultant and advisor on people-related issues.

Key responsibilities

• Advise managers and employees on talent acquisition, employee relations, engagement, coaching, performance management, organizational design, change management, talent assessments, leadership development and succession planning.
• Guide teams on operational HR activities in line with local, regional and global policies and employment legislation, and direct them to regional and local HR support.
• Provide direction on recruiting key talent, including senior managers and directors, and collaborate with local HR generalists and managers on function support.
• Monitor HR compliance requirements in business and people processes.
• Take part in regional and Electrolux-wide HR initiatives and join the regional HR&Comms, Finance and IT leadership teams.
• Manage one functional team member reporting to you.

Required profile

• Solid experience as an HR Business Partner, with exposure to APAC or MEA markets; global experience is a plus.
• Strong change management background, having driven and implemented transformational programs, and HR transformation project management experience.
• Experience advising managers on attracting key talent, building succession plans, using recognition and rewards, and improving performance and career growth.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; ability to travel internationally when needed.

• Agile methodologies such as Scrum applied to HR.
