Regional HR Operations (8-Month Contract)

About the role

A leading global financial technology organisation is looking for an HR Operations professional for an 8-month contract in Singapore. The role covers end-to-end employee lifecycle operations, payroll coordination, HR compliance support and regional people programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle operations, including onboarding, employee changes and offboarding
• Coordinate payroll administration and work with external providers to ensure accurate and timely processing
• Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR operational matters and policies
• Support HR compliance, governance frameworks, documentation and audit requirements
• Deliver regional and global people programmes such as performance cycles, employee engagement initiatives and benefits administration
• Drive continuous improvement projects through process optimisation and automation
• Maintain high standards of HR data integrity, reporting accuracy and operational controls

Required profile

• 6 years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations or HR Generalist roles in similar industries
• Strong exposure to Singapore payroll administration and statutory compliance requirements
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Demonstrated success implementing process improvements, system enhancements or automation initiatives
• Excellent stakeholder management and business acumen
• Detail-oriented, with strong organisational and problem-solving capabilities
