Regional Manager – Social, Community, Esports & Events

About the role

Razer is seeking a passionate Regional Manager to lead social media growth, gamer community engagement, esports partnerships, and event activations across APAC markets (excluding China). You will shape the brand’s presence on key platforms, build strong community ties, and deliver memorable gaming experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Discord, and X to drive audience growth and brand visibility.
• Create and manage gaming‑related content, including short‑form videos, livestream support, and campaign assets.
• Build and nurture relationships with gamers, creators, streamers, and community members through online and offline initiatives.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute gaming events, roadshows, tournaments, and community activations.
• Manage relationships with esports teams, gaming organisations, and talent agencies, overseeing sponsorship deliverables and campaign integrations.
• Identify and coordinate partnership opportunities with game publishers, tournament organisers, and ecosystem partners.

Required profile

• Passionate about gaming, esports, and digital culture.
• Experience in social media marketing, community management, esports, partnerships, or event management.
• Strong understanding of gaming trends and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
