Regional Recruiter – APAC (1‑year contract)

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment across the Asia‑Pacific region for a leading global technology corporation. This 1‑year contract role will drive strategic hiring initiatives, enhance candidate experience, and support the company’s digital transformation agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for permanent positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Identify and resolve operational constraints within the hiring process, introducing improvements to boost talent quality.
• Source high‑calibre candidates across multiple APAC markets using sophisticated international channels.
• Track employment trends, conduct market analysis, and provide strategic industry insights.
• Lead employer branding activities, technical recruitment events, and corporate referral programmes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience applying advanced talent acquisition strategies, Boolean search techniques, and applicant tracking systems.
• Proven ability to design and execute innovative sourcing frameworks for niche technology roles.
• Professional fluency in English and Mandarin to collaborate with headquarters and regional stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with experience measuring conversion metrics and building sustainable talent pipelines.
• Background in technology recruitment (cloud infrastructure, enterprise software sales, pre‑sales or post‑sales) is a strong advantage.
