Regional Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking experienced Regional Sales Managers to partner with our retailer network and drive both sales and after‑sales performance across the region. You will act as a commercial liaison, ensuring a modern luxury client experience at every touchpoint while supporting retailer growth.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage retailer sales and after‑sales results to meet brand standards and business targets.
• Develop and execute business plans, programmes and best‑practice initiatives with retailer partners.
• Improve client satisfaction and loyalty through action‑plan development and follow‑up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create an end‑to‑end view of the sales funnel and implement performance‑boosting interventions.
• Identify opportunities to optimise ownership revenue at point of sale and ensure a seamless client journey.
• Coach retailers through regular consultations, performance reviews and action planning.
• Support additional business initiatives as required.

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent practical experience in a commercial role within the automotive or luxury retail sector.
• Strong understanding of dealer/retailer processes and regional network dynamics.
• Commercially minded, analytical, and able to translate insights into actionable plans.
• Proven ability to build and manage effective stakeholder relationships.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
