Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for the assigned region, ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Develop and implement regional employer branding initiatives in collaboration with corporate marketing and external agencies.
• Analyze recruitment channel performance (job boards, social media, professional networks) and optimise their effectiveness.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand talent needs and provide strategic recruitment advice.
• Track, report and analyse recruitment metrics, maintaining accurate spreadsheets and dashboards.
• Support regional and global talent acquisition projects and initiatives.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in regional talent acquisition, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Proven experience developing and executing employer branding strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and drive data‑based decisions.
• Resilient, proactive work ethic with a solution‑first mindset.
