Regional Training Manager – Luxury Beauty (APAC)

About the role

The regional hub in Singapore is seeking an experienced Regional Training Manager to lead luxury beauty training across APAC (excluding Greater China). You will bridge global training strategy with local execution, ensuring programmes are brand‑right, culturally relevant, and commercially effective.

Key responsibilities

• Roll out global product training, brand rituals, selling ceremonies and client experience programmes across APAC markets.
• Design and deliver Train‑the‑Trainer programmes for retail trainers, beauty advisors and distributor training teams.
• Adapt global education content to suit diverse APAC cultures, channels and market maturity levels.
• Strengthen distributor training capability through facilitation, coaching and structured post‑training follow‑up.
• Build and nurture a regional community of retail trainers.
• Track training feedback, adoption, KPIs, ROI and field impact.
• Partner with global, regional and local stakeholders to ensure consistency of brand standards and client experience.

Required profile

• 10+ years of proven success in luxury beauty training, retail education, niche fragrance, prestige skincare or cosmetics.
• Previous role as Regional Training Manager, Retail Education Manager, Beauty Training Manager or similar.
• Extensive experience delivering Train‑the‑Trainer programmes across multiple APAC markets.
• Deep knowledge of selling ceremonies, product education, fragrance storytelling, brand rituals, clienteling and luxury client experience.
• Experience working with directly operated retail teams, local trainers, beauty advisors and distributor‑led markets.
• Confident facilitator capable of engaging multicultural teams and senior stakeholders.
• Structured, commercially focused and able to translate training into measurable field impact.
