Registered Nurse – Postpartum Care

About the role

SAINT BELLA is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide premium postpartum and infant care at its luxury Bella Villa centre on Sentosa Island. You will support new mothers and newborns in a high‑end, hotel‑partnered environment, ensuring a comfortable and safe recovery experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional maternal and infant care advice, emotional support, and education to postpartum mothers.
• Perform standardized nursing procedures, including feeding assistance, newborn bathing, and diaper changes.
• Maintain accurate records using the company’s SOPs and assessment forms.
• Create a warm, comforting environment for mothers and babies.
• Assist the nursing supervisor with daily tasks and ensure timely completion of duties.
• Conduct tailored educational sessions and update learning materials regularly.
• Provide postpartum psychological counseling and support.

Required profile

• Graduated from a nursing or midwifery‑related program with a valid nursing qualification certificate.
• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (Assistant Nurse, Enrolled Nurse, or Staff Nurse accepted).
• Pleasant appearance, cheerful personality, detail‑oriented, and able to handle pressure.
• Empathetic, responsible, compassionate, patient, organized, and team‑oriented.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Mandarin proficiency preferred.
