About the role
The role is based at HL Bank Singapore and focuses on acquiring new SME and corporate customers for deposits, foreign exchange and cash‑management solutions. You will help grow the bank’s market share by proactively monitoring the market and delivering competitive products.
Key responsibilities
- Acquire new SME/Corporate customers for deposits and FX.
- Increase transaction throughput to enhance the bank’s share of wallet.
- Monitor market trends on deposit products and implement competitive strategies.
- Gather and feedback competitor banks’ new products and services to the Product Team.
Required profile
- Degree in Business, Accounting, Banking, Finance, Economics or related field.
- Minimum 3‑5 years SME banking experience with a strong business network and proven track record of acquiring new accounts.
- Minimum 3‑5 years experience in acquiring deposits, cross‑selling FX and cash‑management solutions.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; proactive, energetic and result‑oriented.
