Relationship Manager, Offshore Banking

About the role

A leading multinational bank is looking for a driven, commercially minded Relationship Manager to join its growing team in Singapore. The role sits within an established international banking platform and offers the chance to drive business development, expand your portfolio and use a full suite of banking and wealth management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out professional, consultative financial analysis and profiling to understand customers' needs and objectives.
• Build and deepen relationships through regular market updates and insights on local and international financial products.
• Develop monthly sales plans to meet or exceed new business and customer acquisition targets.
• Drive business development through proactive prospecting, referrals, networking and promotional activities.
• Organise and deliver presentations to groups, associations, companies and other organisations.
• Build referral networks across internal teams and external channels.
• Provide high-quality after-sales service and actively manage client retention.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory, risk and internal control requirements.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline.
• RNF and CFMAS certifications preferred.
• Proven experience in client acquisition and relationship management.
• Experience managing affluent or HNW clients is an advantage.
• Excellent sales, communication, networking and relationship management skills.
• Commercially driven, with a strong focus on client experience and long-term relationship building.
