About the role
The Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine at NTU is seeking a Research Assistant or Associate to support hospital‑at‑home projects. You will work within the Data Science and Artificial Intelligence Group to design, implement, and evaluate innovative care models that bring acute care into patients' homes.
Key responsibilities
- Support the design, implementation, and day‑to‑day coordination of hospital‑at‑home pilot projects.
- Collect, manage, and analyse clinical, operational, and patient‑experience data to assess programme outcomes.
- Engage clinicians, administrators, community partners, and other stakeholders to optimise workflows and care pathways.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and research outputs, and contribute to grant applications and publications.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (Research Assistant level) or Master’s degree (Associate level) in a relevant discipline.
- Interest in applying AI and data science to healthcare delivery.
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
