About the role
The School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Nanyang Technological University seeks a Research Fellow to lead the design and implementation of high‑speed, high‑efficiency analog, RF and mixed‑signal integrated circuits. The role also includes supporting teaching activities within the school.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop high‑performance, low‑power digital, mixed‑signal, RF and analog ICs, covering circuit design, simulation, modeling, layout and verification.
- Explore and apply artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques to optimise IC design.
- Develop scripts and algorithms to automate analog IC design tasks.
- Assist in teaching duties, including supervising labs and tutorials as required.
Required profile
- PhD in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in IC design or electronics.
- Familiarity with analog, RF, digital and mixed‑signal IC design.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
