Research Fellow – Machine Learning & Computer Vision

About the role

We are looking for a Research Fellow to join the MMLab@NTU at CCDS, focusing on generative design and advanced computer vision research. The role is based in Singapore and offers a one‑year contract renewable based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Independently conduct research in machine learning and computer vision.
• Produce research reports and publish findings in top‑tier conferences or journals.
• Provide guidance and support to students involved in the project.
• Participate in, and when needed lead, project meetings.
• Perform any other duties related to the research programme.

Required profile

• PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong background in machine learning and computer vision; 3D vision experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated record of publications in top conferences/journals (e.g., CVPR, ICCV, NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
• Experience with scientific/engineering software such as PyTorch, TensorFlow or Keras.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.
