About the role

Temasek Life Sciences Laboratory (TLL) is seeking a Research Investigator who can carry out independent research, demonstrate scientific excellence and build innovative, internationally recognised research programmes within a core-funded institute. Multidisciplinary approaches, new and unconventional model systems, and work bridging basic and applied sciences are especially encouraged.

Required profile

• Candidates should be within 3 years of completing their PhD at the time of application.
• Broad research interests include synthetic biology in plant and microbial systems, microbiome composition and function, prokaryotic and fungal systems for industrial microbiology, and metabolic or enzyme engineering.
