Reservations Executive (ERS)

About the role

The Reservations Executive (ERS) supports the hotel’s front‑office by handling all guest reservation enquiries. Based in Marina Bay, Singapore, you will work with a global hospitality brand to ensure smooth booking experiences for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process reservation requests, changes and cancellations via phone, fax or email.
• Verify room availability, rates and guarantee policies, and explain special rates and cancellation terms.
• Enter reservation data accurately into the property’s reservation system, including special codes for complimentary rooms, employee discounts, travel‑agent rates and wholesale bookings.
• Document and accommodate guest special requests and answer questions about hotel facilities and services.
• Apply sales techniques to maximize revenue and follow escalation procedures for guest concerns.
• Maintain professional appearance, protect confidential information and adhere to company policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and support colleagues.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using reservation software to input and retrieve booking data.
• Clear, professional written and spoken English.
