Resident Architect

About the role

Greensafe International is seeking a Resident Architect to lead and supervise architectural and fit‑out projects. The role ensures that all works comply with approved drawings and maintain high quality standards while coordinating closely with consultants and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise architectural and fit‑out works to guarantee timely and quality project delivery.
• Verify workmanship against approved architectural drawings to preserve design integrity.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks, promptly identifying and resolving construction issues.
• Coordinate communications and workflows with consultants and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture recognized by the Board of Architects (BOA) Singapore.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant architectural experience.
• At least 5 years of experience supervising architectural works.
