About the role
The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at SGH, the largest orthopaedic department in Singapore with 40 consultants, is recruiting Resident Physicians for its tertiary orthopaedics centre. The department provides comprehensive care in arthroplasty, sports medicine, spine, trauma, foot and ankle and tumour conditions.
Key responsibilities
- Perform on-call duties
- Carry out ward rounds
- Provide clinical consultations
- Assist Orthopaedic surgeons in surgery
Required profile
- Basic medical degree or relevant postgraduate qualification registrable with the Singapore Medical Council for clinical practice in Singapore
- Complete application with a detailed CV covering education, qualifications, current employment, housemanship/internship postings, training and employment history since internship, expected salary and two professional referees; gaps must be explained
- Testimonials, certificates and transcripts may be requested
