Resident Technical Officer – Construction Supervision

About the role

The Resident Technical Officer (RTO) will provide on‑site supervision for multiple construction projects, ensuring compliance with Singapore's Building and Construction Authority (BCA) regulations. This full‑time position works closely with contractors, consultants, and local authorities to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities for assigned projects, following BCA regulations and approved methods.
• Coordinate with contractors on work schedules, progress, quality, safety, and quality‑control procedures.
• Verify that all contractor work aligns with drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• Liaise with relevant authorities and local communities regarding on‑site activities.
• Prepare and submit regular progress, safety, and quality reports to the Project QP, Project Engineers, and the Consultant.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Resident Technical Officer or similar site‑supervision role.
• Hands‑on experience with steel works, reinforced concrete (RC) and precast construction.
• Experience supervising activities at a fabrication yard.
• Full‑time availability for multiple open positions.
