Resident Technical Officer

About the role
The company is seeking a Resident Technical Officer to support site supervision and coordination for civil and structural engineering projects. You will work closely with the Qualified Person (QP) to ensure technical compliance and smooth execution on site.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the QP in site supervision and coordination activities.
- Attend site meetings, identify and resolve technical issues.
- Review and assess contractor submissions for compliance.
Required profile
- Registered with the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) as a Resident Technical Officer.
- Minimum 3 years of on‑site experience, preferably in viaduct structures, MRT projects, road works, precast yards or geotechnical works.
- Experience supervising precast segments or elements, with the ability to work in local or Johor precast yards.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
