Resource Executive – Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

The Resource Executive will support end‑to‑end recruitment activities for technology positions within the Information Services Group, the IT arm of Singapore's Housing & Development Board. This role ensures a smooth hiring experience for candidates and hiring teams while maintaining accurate recruitment records.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate interview schedules, technical tests, and panel interviews across multiple tech roles.
• Maintain up‑to‑date recruitment records in tracking systems.
• Support job postings, candidate shortlisting, and onboarding administration.
• Provide regular recruitment progress updates to stakeholders.
• Handle candidate enquiries to ensure a positive experience.
• Organise recruitment events such as career fairs, campus talks, and networking sessions.
• Manage event logistics, including booth setup, collateral, and on‑site coordination.
• Procure recruitment materials by liaising with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with recruitment‑related initiatives, projects, and process improvements.

Required profile

• Background or certification in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Prior experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations or administrative support.
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple roles and timelines.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proactive, adaptable and able to manage changing priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with recruitment tracking systems and spreadsheet tools.
