Restaurant Captain

About the role

The Restaurant Captain leads the front‑of‑house team to deliver an exceptional dining experience across all outlets. You will be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring service standards are consistently met while supporting the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional service to every guest.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.
• Assist team members with preparation, setup, and stock checks.
• Maintain proper inventory of utensils, amenities, and supplies.
• Upsell menu items and communicate detailed menu information, including preparation methods, ingredients, portion sizes, and presentation.
• Address guest requests, dietary restrictions, and allergy concerns promptly.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in meeting key performance objectives.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant.

Required profile

• Hardworking, motivated, and passionate about food and beverage service.
• Team‑player with a professional appearance.
• Prior exposure to leadership training or relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to adapt service style to different guest demographics.
