About the role
This internship offers a hands‑on introduction to front‑of‑house operations in a restaurant environment. You will work alongside experienced staff, learning how to welcome guests, present menus and support daily service flow.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and escort guests to their tables, ensuring a warm first impression.
- Present the menu, answer questions about portions, allergens and ingredients, and suggest the day’s specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and manage reservations.
- Rotate through all restaurant positions to gain a comprehensive understanding of each role.
- Learn opening and closing procedures for the assigned outlet.
- Participate in cross‑training across other Food & Beverage outlets as needed.
