Restaurant Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations across our island‑wide locations in Singapore. The role involves ensuring high standards of service, food quality, and customer satisfaction while driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with standards and procedures.
• Plan and control staffing levels to meet business needs.
• Develop the team through training, coaching and mentoring.
• Identify service and food‑and‑beverage quality improvement areas using audit reports and implement action plans.
• Handle customer requests and feedback, and liaise with the Chef to maintain consistent food quality.
• Drive consistent service and process improvements across all outlets.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Food & Beverage service, preferably in upscale or fine‑dining establishments.
• Proven track record in restaurant operations, sales growth, and achieving financial targets.
• Strong written and conversational Chinese to interact with Chinese‑speaking customers and partners.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a premium restaurant environment is an added advantage.
