Restaurant Manager – Full Time

About the role

TKSH PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations across its island‑wide locations in Singapore. You will be responsible for delivering superior service, maintaining quality standards, and driving profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house activities.
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints efficiently and accurately.
• Review product quality, research new vendors, and manage inventory of goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products.
• Organise and supervise staff shifts, appraise performance, and provide feedback.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
• Control operational costs, identify waste‑reduction measures, and create detailed revenue and expense reports.
• Promote the brand within the local community and recommend marketing initiatives.
• Train new and existing employees on customer service best practices.
• Implement policies and protocols to sustain future restaurant operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or General Manager.
• Strong customer‑service background in a managerial role.
• Extensive knowledge of food and beverage operations.
• Demonstrated leadership, motivational, and people‑management abilities.
• Acute financial management skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with restaurant management software such as OpenTable.
• Experience using PeachWorks for operations and inventory control.
