Restaurant Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations of our Singapore outlet. Reporting directly to the Company Directors, you will have full authority over the kitchen, service floor, delivery platforms, staff and compliance functions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen and front‑of‑house operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, service and cleanliness.
• Manage all food‑delivery platforms (Deliveroo, GrabFood, AllinPay, Foodpanda) and coordinate catering, corporate events and group orders.
• Recruit, train, schedule and supervise kitchen and service staff, handling payroll inputs and performance reviews.
• Deliver exceptional dining and delivery experiences, promptly addressing customer feedback and complaints.
• Monitor daily sales, control food costs, prepare operational reports and reconcile POS transactions.
• Maintain supplier relationships, place orders and manage inventory levels.
• Lead the restaurant’s social‑media presence and execute promotional events.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant or F&B operations management.
• Proven ability to lead a team of 10 + kitchen and service staff.
• Experience managing food‑delivery platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with Singapore F&B regulations (NEA, SFA, MOM) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of North Indian or Asian cuisine is a plus, with full menu training provided.
