We are seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team at Marina Seafood House, ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests across Singapore. You will be responsible for driving profitability, maintaining high service standards, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to increase profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Lead marketing initiatives and host events to attract customers.
- Create and manage staff work schedules for optimal coverage.
- Maintain well‑stocked inventory and oversee efficient utilization.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual operational reports.
- Address customer concerns and suggestions promptly.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager.
