Restaurant Manager – Lead Operations & Customer Service

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations across our island‑wide locations in Singapore. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality menu experiences, motivating staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house restaurant operations.
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
• Regularly review product quality and research new vendors.
• Organise and supervise staff shifts.
• Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
• Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
• Manage the restaurant’s image and suggest improvements.
• Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
• Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses.
• Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
• Implement policies and protocols to maintain future restaurant operations.

Required profile

• Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager.
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge with the ability to inform customers and staff about ingredients and dishes.
• Strong leadership, motivational and people‑management abilities.
• Demonstrated customer service experience in a managerial role.
