About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily operations across our islandwide outlets in Singapore. The role involves overseeing food and beverage service, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate daily management operations.
Deliver superior food and beverage service and maximize customer satisfaction.
Respond efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints.
Organise and supervise shift schedules.
Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products.
Work night shifts as required.

Required profile

Proven work experience in a similar supervisory role.
Customer service experience as a supervisor.
Extensive food and beverage knowledge, with ability to recall ingredients and dishes.
Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.
Acute financial management skills.
