Restaurant Supervisor – Food & Beverage Operations

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our coffee outlets across Singapore. The role involves managing inventory, ensuring food quality, and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment while delivering excellent service to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Order supplies and stock inventory efficiently.
• Verify and endorse incoming products and raw materials.
• Assist in designing and preparing food and drink menus.
• Produce high‑quality plated dishes with attention to design and taste.
• Prepare, wash, peel, chop and cut all food ingredients.
• Clean food preparation equipment, kitchen tools and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Ensure food preparation areas are hygienic and comply with sanitation regulations.
• Resolve operational issues promptly and control portion sizes to minimise waste.
• Maintain a positive, professional approach with customers.
• Work split shifts, night shifts, weekends and public holidays as required.

• Ability to handle high‑pressure situations and solve problems quickly.
• Professional attitude towards customers and team members.
