Restaurant Supervisor – Front‑of‑House (Singapore)

About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Restaurant Supervisor to lead our front‑of‑house team across multiple locations in Singapore. You will ensure smooth daily operations, deliver excellent guest experiences, and support the growth of our service crew.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee front‑of‑house activities, including seating, order taking, and guest satisfaction.
- Manage and coach service crew members, ensuring adherence to standards.
- Coordinate shift schedules and maintain staffing levels.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor inventory of front‑of‑house supplies and report needs.
Required profile
- Singaporean, PR or LTVP holder.
- Willingness to learn and develop in a hospitality environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work a 5‑day week on‑site.
