Restaurant Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our dining venue on Sentosa Island. You will act as the bridge between front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams, ensuring smooth service and a high‑quality guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and store vendor contracts and invoices.
• Coordinate communication between front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house staff.
• Prepare and adjust shift schedules for kitchen and wait staff.
• Supervise kitchen and wait staff, providing assistance as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of daily, weekly, and monthly costs and revenues.
• Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
• Gather guest feedback and recommend menu improvements.

Required profile

• Strong mathematical and reporting abilities.
• Customer‑service mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated team‑management capabilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, holidays, and weekends as required.
