About the role
We are seeking a proactive Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations across our island‑wide outlets. You will ensure superior food and beverage service, drive customer satisfaction, and lead a team of front‑of‑house staff.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily management operations and supervise shift schedules.
- Deliver high‑quality food and beverage service while maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
- Appraise staff performance, provide feedback, and improve productivity.
- Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products.
- Work night shifts as required.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within food and beverage service.
- Strong customer service background.
- Extensive F&B knowledge with the ability to recall ingredients and dishes.
- Leadership, motivational, and people‑management skills.
- Acute financial management abilities.
