About the role
ELIM PTE. LTD. is looking for a motivated Retail Assistant to join its Pioneer Centre store in Singapore. You will play a key part in delivering a smooth shopping experience for customers buying hardware and household products.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers, answer product queries and provide assistance throughout their visit.
- Pack and double‑check orders to ensure accuracy and prevent errors.
- Stock, shelve and organise hardware supplies to keep inventory ready.
- Operate backend POS systems efficiently for sales transactions.
- Support logistics by moving goods and maintaining a clean, organised retail space.
- Maintain composure during busy periods and communicate professionally with team members.
Required profile
- Reliable, motivated and eager to learn.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work flexible part‑time shifts.
