About the role

We are looking for a Retail Assistant to join our team across Singapore, providing excellent customer service and supporting store operations.

Key responsibilities

Attend to customers' enquiries and provide assistance.
Optimise sales opportunities and promote products.
Display merchandise and replenish stock as needed.
Assist in stocktake, ordering and receiving of inventory.
Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a tidy store environment.

Required profile

Minimum GCE N or O level qualification.
Positive disposition and customer‑service orientation.
Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
