Retail & Guest Experience Intern

About the role

Porsche Singapore is looking for a customer‑centric Intern to support the Marketing team in delivering an exceptional retail and guest experience. The role blends front‑of‑house hospitality with retail operations, ensuring every visitor enjoys a seamless, personalised journey that reflects Porsche’s premium standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and provide a personalised front‑of‑house experience.
• Host storytelling sessions and engage visitors with Porsche Lifestyle products and brand narratives.
• Manage daily retail operations including opening/closing, POS transactions, online order collections and product enquiries.
• Maintain visual‑merchandising standards and execute seasonal display changes.
• Support inventory management tasks such as stock transfers, stock‑takes and inventory flow.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system.
• Handle customer queries across in‑person, phone, email and online chat channels.
• Assist the store supervisor with vendor coordination and store upkeep.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Higher Nitec or Diploma in Retail Management, Marketing, Service Management, Hospitality or a related field.
• Prior experience in retail operations, hospitality or customer service is an advantage.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong commitment to premium customer service.
• Passionate about luxury retail, fashion, lifestyle brands or premium automotive culture.
• Positive, proactive, eager to learn and willing to take initiative.
• Strong communication skills.
