Retail Operations Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Retail Operations Executive to drive operational excellence across our boutique network. You will ensure stores are equipped to deliver strong commercial results while providing an exceptional client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary operational liaison for the retail organization, including support during critical periods.
• Ensure consistent execution of retail SOPs, policies and standards across all boutiques and counters.
• Lead compliance initiatives, conduct store audits and manage corrective actions.
• Coordinate store openings, relocations, renovations and closures, and oversee retail administration such as uniforms and supplies.
• Support planning and execution of retail initiatives, launches and events, and prepare performance dashboards.
• Manage inventory and supply planning, including replenishment strategies, e‑commerce allocation and newness launches.
• Monitor trade partner inventory, maintain pricing and product master data, and handle vendor creation, purchase orders and invoice processing.
• Provide onboarding support for new retail employees and collaborate with HR and key stakeholders.
• Assist with store maintenance, facilities management and vendor contract renewals.

Required profile

• Experience in retail operations, inventory management and compliance.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret sales and inventory data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
