Retail Operations & Logistics Executive

About the role

VETRESKA is seeking a Retail Operations & Logistics Executive to drive operational excellence across its boutique stores in Singapore. The role supports the Retail Operations Manager in optimizing store processes, expanding the network, and ensuring a seamless customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and audit SOPs, store standards and compliance programs, including mystery shopping.
• Manage system tools, inventory audits and store performance metrics.
• Plan and procure equipment, oversee interior renovations, coordinate new store launches and liaise with landlords.
• Control budgeting, cost management and milestone tracking for store expansion projects.
• Coordinate logistics for retail and grooming stock, manage product procurement, SG warehouse operations, sea and air freight, and payment/contract administration.
• Support Grab Store operations and provide ad‑hoc event assistance.
• Assist merchandise planning and buying, monitor stock performance, work with suppliers, maintain retail systems and support new product launches and campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in retail operations, buying, merchandising, inventory management and multi‑store coordination.
• Experience in luxury or pet retail is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of retail processes, merchandise planning and customer service standards.
• Excellent numerical and analytical abilities to interpret sales and inventory data.
• Proven negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Demonstrated capability to support sales growth initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
