Retail Operations Manager – Singapore

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Operations Manager to lead and optimise the daily performance of our island‑wide retail network in Singapore. You will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering an outstanding customer experience across all outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of all retail stores to ensure smooth business flow.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor sales performance, set targets and achieve revenue and profitability goals.
• Lead store managers and retail staff through recruitment, training, scheduling and performance evaluations.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve complaints promptly.
• Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment and coordinate with suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety and Singapore regulations.
• Prepare operational reports, sales analysis, budgets and forecasts for senior management.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns and marketing activities to boost sales.
• Identify business opportunities and recommend growth strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail management or operations.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience managing multiple retail outlets is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with retail POS and inventory management systems.
