Retail Store Designer – Architecture Focus

About the role
We are seeking a Retail Store Designer with a strong architectural background to create immersive, multi‑sensory retail environments for a leading personal care and beauty brand. You will translate brand concepts into fully detailed construction documents, ensuring every element—from lighting to material finishes—delivers a premium customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Develop end‑to‑end design solutions, from 3D renderings to detailed millwork, elevations, and construction documentation.
- Design spatial strategies for product‑testing zones, makeup counters, and consultation areas.
- Review shop drawings and coordinate with contractors, landlords, and engineers to align site execution with design intent.
Required profile
- Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or highly technical Interior Design.
- Detail‑oriented mindset with a passion for premium materials, hidden wiring, and seamless material transitions.
- Strong interest in lifestyle, wellness, or beauty sectors.
