About the role
The Retail Store Supervisor will lead daily operations of a seafood retail outlet, ensuring product availability, high‑quality customer service, and smooth store processes. This full‑time position requires a hands‑on leader who can manage inventory, support sales, and maintain store standards.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and display food products, focusing on Chinese delicacies such as shark fin, fish maw, and sea cucumber.
- Replenish shelves, restock inventory, and place orders with suppliers.
- Receive and verify goods deliveries from suppliers.
- Provide excellent in‑store and phone customer service.
- Prepare herbal tea and manage herb‑related product knowledge.
- Conduct regular stock‑takes and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Perform other tasks as assigned, requiring physical fitness.
