Retail Supervisor

About the role

The Retail Supervisor will lead and motivate a sales team across MODA PAOLO COLLECTION stores island‑wide in Singapore. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring visual merchandising standards, and maintaining strong customer relationships while aligning with the company's strategic direction.

Key responsibilities

• Motivate, coach and lead the sales team to achieve targets.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers, building lasting relationships.
• Operate autonomously while following management’s strategy and direction.
• Stay updated on fashion trends and apply a strong sense of fashion to the store environment.
• Maintain deep knowledge of retail business operations and market dynamics.
• Train promoters and enhance visual merchandising standards.
• Analyse market, competitor activity and brand positioning.
• Oversee retail operations, supplier liaison, and merchandising activities.
• Work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in retail.
• Proven experience in retail operations, supplier coordination and merchandising.
• Customer‑service oriented with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a strategic team.
