Retail Training Supervisor – Fila & Wilson (Singapore)

About the role

We are seeking a Retail Training Supervisor to design and deliver training programs for the Fila and Wilson brands across Singapore. You will localise training content, coach store teams and help elevate sales performance and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement retail training programmes for Fila and Wilson in Singapore.
• Adapt training frameworks from China Headquarters to the local market.
• Create training materials and conduct workshops, classroom sessions and one‑on‑one coaching.
• Partner with management to identify training needs, perform annual analysis and maintain a structured training calendar.
• Conduct store audits, identify gaps and deliver in‑store coaching to improve product knowledge and sales.
• Support talent development initiatives and ensure staff competencies meet brand standards.
• Develop Train‑the‑Trainer programmes and in‑store toolkits for frontline teams.
• Provide regular field coaching reports with actionable insights and collaborate on follow‑up actions.
• Maintain accurate training records in both physical and digital formats.

Required profile

• Fluent in Mandarin and English for effective communication with China‑based stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, CRM practices and sportswear products.
• Good working knowledge of AI tools to enhance training effectiveness.
• Proven project‑management, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
