Revenue Management Analyst – APAC

About the role

Based in Singapore, the Revenue Management Analyst will support the Regional Director of Revenue Management in driving commercial performance across Wyndham Hotels & Resorts' APAC portfolio. The role combines revenue management, business intelligence, and strategic decision‑making to optimise occupancy, rates and overall revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Regional Director to develop and execute revenue strategies for the APAC portfolio.
• Monitor and analyse KPIs such as occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, market share, channel mix and pricing performance.
• Support hotels in pricing, inventory control and market‑mix optimisation.
• Track competitor pricing, market dynamics and industry trends across key APAC markets.
• Prepare performance reviews, forecasts and management reports for regional leadership.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses to identify revenue growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and analytical tools for business planning.
• Identify and implement improvements to revenue‑management processes, tools and reporting.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Distribution and hotel teams to ensure effective execution of revenue strategies.
• Assist in onboarding new hotels onto Wyndham’s revenue‑management platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Hospitality Management or a related discipline.
• 0‑2 years of relevant work experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on turning data into actionable insights.
