RevOps Analyst
AsiaVerify · Singapore
Job description
About the role
AsiaVerify, which delivers corporate verification and risk intelligence for organisations across Asia, is hiring a RevOps Analyst in its Marketing department, reporting to the CMO. The role builds and runs the systems, data and reporting behind the company's commercial growth, owns HubSpot as the single source of truth for marketing, pipeline and customer data, and prepares business-level commercial reporting used by the ELT, GTM forum and the Board. It is open to UK or Singapore locations, permanent, full-time or part-time (preferably at least three days per week).
Key responsibilities
- Own Marketing's commercial reporting: prepare KPI inputs for ELT, GTM, Monthly Commercial Review and Board cycles, maintain a CRM-led view of lead-to-revenue performance and dashboards, and track agreed actions to completion.
- Own HubSpot as the system of record, including properties, pipelines, workflows, lead scoring, routing and permissions, and enforce CRM governance (naming conventions, required fields, change control).
- Maintain the Lead to MQL to SAL to SQL to Opportunity definitions, routing and SLAs, and monitor handoffs between Marketing, SDR, Sales and Client Success.
- Build pipeline, funnel and revenue dashboards, support Sales forecasting, and report coverage, velocity, conversion and win rates by growth engine, segment and source.
- Produce weekly and monthly commercial review packs, identify bottlenecks and stalled pipeline, and recommend actions.
- Own campaign, source and account attribution in HubSpot, and report consistently across channels and growth engines.
- Map and improve the customer lifecycle, and support pricing, commission, quote and discount approvals and commission calculations for Finance.
- Own CRM data quality (deduplication, enrichment, completeness, deletion requests) and manage integrations with tools such as Clay, Heap, Stripe and others.
Required profile
- Hands-on experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or CRM administration.
- Strong analytical capability and experience building dashboards and reports that drive decisions.
- Comfortable designing, documenting and rolling out processes that teams adopt, and building systems from scratch in a scaling business.
- Strong communication skills, able to explain data to non-technical and senior stakeholders; English and Mandarin is a plus.
- Ability to prioritise, manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.
Required skills
- Strong working knowledge of HubSpot across Marketing, Sales and Operations Hubs; HubSpot certification is an advantage.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets; BI or data visualisation tools are an advantage.
- Understanding of B2B sales funnels, lifecycle stages, pipeline management and forecasting.
- Experience with tools such as Clay, ZeroBounce, PhantomBuster, HeyReach and Stripe is an advantage.
- B2B SaaS or data experience, and exposure to RegTech, FinTech, compliance, KYB/KYC, AML or third-party risk, is advantageous.
